I have
been buying all my pork and lamb from Kiplingcotes Farm for over two years
now. The flavour and texture of the meat is second to none. I had
forgotten just how meat should taste on its own. This meat does not need to
hide in sauces or be overpowered with garlic, herbs and spices to give it
outstanding flavour. I will continue to use this supplier because I have
100% trust in the product and have no desire to go back to meat
which may look good and, perhaps, may work out cheaper but does not
have the flavour of the lamb and pork from Kiplingcotes Farm.
My family all have different favourites. My son and
mother prefer the lamb chops. The meat is tender, juicy and has a
delicious sweetness to it. My husband prefers the legs of pork.
The crackling is superb. I like the pork shoulder and leg of lamb.

Our meat is exceptional and
