The Provenance of our meat

Our Berkshire Rare Breed Pork and Black Welsh Mountain Lambs are raised here on our farm high on the Yorkshire Wolds. We believe the local mineral water, good spring grass and outdoor natural lifestyle together produce a sweet and delicate flavour.

Even better you will discover Three Little Pigs Berkshire pork produces a lovely layer of crackling when you buy our rare breed pork online. Our succulent Black Welsh Mountain Lamb provides plenty of juices for basting. Please note there are no gluten containing ingredients in our sausages.

Three Little Pigs Air Dried Chorizo & Salami

Our Three Little Pigs chorizo is inspired by the Spanish style of air dried sausage but with a definite East Yorkshire accent. Our succulent free range rare breed Berkshire Pork is combined with the finest Spanish La Vera Smoked Pimenton, and selected herbs and spices, prepared with passion and tied by hand to horseshoe shaped sausages. These are dried under carefully controlled conditions to produce a ready to eat chorizo for cooking and for snacking.

Our price includes free first class postage. The chorizo you receive will weigh a minimum weight of 220g, but may be more. These are hand tied and some variation in size occurs.
