Our Three Little Pigs
English Chorizo is inspired by the Spanish style of air dried sausage but
with a definite East Yorkshire accent. Our succulent free range rare
breed Berkshire Pork is combined with the finest Spanish La Vera
Smoked Pimenton, and selected herbs and spices, prepared with
passion and tied by hand to horseshoe shaped sausages. These are
dried under carefully controlled conditions to produce a ready to
eat chorizo for cooking and for snacking.

Our price includes free first class postage. The chorizo you receive
will weigh a minimum weight of 200g, but may be more. These are hand
tied and some variation in size occurs. Please order using the drop
down menu below. If you don’t see the combination of flavours you
would like, please order the total number of chorizo then make your
flavour request using the Contact Sheet - Wholesale available.
